Kris Allen’s “Heartless” The Best Version EVER! May 26, 2009

Kris Allen, as you may know is the new American Idol. And a few weeks ago he performed Kanye West’s Heartless. Honestly when I heard that he was going to perform this song I was a bit scared, because I thought he was going to come out rap the song, which wouldn’t have been good. But I was pleasantly surprised. He came out, and to quote Randy Jackson “made the song his own”. He performed a stripped down, acoustic version of the song that in my opinion is even better than the original. Even the rap part of the song was done extremely well, he didn’t didn’t rap it (thank goodness) instead he sang it, and once again “made it his own”.
And then today when he was doing he talk show rounds, he stopped by The Ellen Show and performed Heartless. So here it is, Kris Allen – Heartless

Well first of all I would like to welcome you to my blog. I have for some time wanted to start a blog of my own but never until now have had the courage to. But now, here we are. Finally I have a blog!
So, this blog will be, as its name is an ‘Everything Blog’. It will house everything from new music that I have found, yummy things to eat, amazing things to watch, and now and then a rant or two.
